Why use the Pwave?
Urinals often cause urine to "splash" out onto the surrounding area. This
may land on the floor, or even the person using the urinal.
Urine on the floor often gets into the grout between tiles and is difficult
to remove by general cleaning, this causes bad smells that can linger.
Uric acid will also damage floor finishes, which can be seen by dull floor
finished under and around urinals.
The Pwave anti-splash fingers which break the stream of urine on contact
prevent the splash back. The new Pwave 2.0 has been designed with longer
and multiple fingers for more splash reduction. No splashing will reduce
the cleaning time less change of residual smells coming from floors, keeping
your environment clean and fresh smelling. The Pwave releases optimised
bacteria that will break down the causes of smells in drains and taps,
reducing bad smells emanating from them.
How does the fragrance last so long?
The fragrance in the P-mat lasts for thirty days! With old vinyl screens
companies tried to add fragrance, but had to be made in a hot-moulded process
and most of the fragrance was lost in manufacture. The Pwave is manufactured
in a cold-process, keeping the fragrance in.
As the fragrance is within the product, it is slowly released at an even
rate throughout the thirty days. This leaves the urinal area smelling fresh
and clean, adding to a better customer experience!
What about sustainability?
The Pwave uses a lot less energy to manufacture compared to vinyl screens
or many other air fresheners or urinal deodorisers. The Pwave can be recycled
and go back into the production of other recyclable plastic products.
